industry-specific website

Beauty Salon Website

A client choosing a beauty salon looks at the work first, then at a free slot. Instagram shows the work but makes booking hard. We build the site to do both: it shows off the work and takes bookings without tying up the phone.

What is this site's job?

Take bookings without the phone

Choose a service, a specialist and a time. The salon is not chained to the phone, and clients can book at night.

Show off the work

The service gallery is built from real work. Clients see the style they want and come to the appointment with it.

Get found in the neighbourhood

Pages prepared for "district + service" searches and for Google Maps.

Make services clear

Each service's duration and scope is written down. Clients know what they are getting before they book.

What goes on the site?

Online booking

Choose service, specialist, day and time. The salon is notified the moment a booking comes in.

Service gallery

Real work, sorted into categories, quick to load.

Services and durations

Each service's duration, scope and aftercare advice. Whether to show prices is up to the salon.

Client reviews

A link to your Google reviews and a selection on the site. We do not mark up reviews of your own business with structured data; Google prohibits it.

WhatsApp link

Clients with a question write in one tap. Common questions are answered on the site, so fewer messages come in.

Team pages

Each specialist's areas and work. Clients book with the specialist they choose.

Mistakes we see often

Patterns that came up again and again in the sites we reviewed. We do not name companies.

Bookings only by DM

Appointments get mixed up in the inbox and two clients end up in the same slot. There is no booking list anyone can follow.

The service list shared as an image

Services and durations are written inside a photo. Google cannot read it, and clients have to zoom in on their phones.

Inconsistent address and hours

The site, the Google profile and Instagram each list different opening hours. This is the most common mistake that hurts visibility on maps.

Heavy, slow galleries

Large phone photos are uploaded uncompressed. Before the page opens, the client is back on Instagram.

What we need from you to start

  • Your service list with durations and scope
  • Specialists' details and working days
  • Photos of real work (with clients' permission)
  • Address, opening hours and your Google Business Profile link
  • WhatsApp number and the questions you get most often

How long does it take?

2–4 weeks for a single salon. Online booking adds a week or two depending on the size of the team and the number of services.

Frequently asked questions

Does a beauty salon need a website, or is Instagram enough?

Instagram shows the work but does not organise bookings and does not appear in Google searches. A site makes bookings trackable and gets the salon found in "district + service" searches.

How does online booking work?

The client picks a service, a specialist and a time; the booking lands in the panel and the salon gets a notification. Taken slots cannot be chosen, so there are no clashes.

Can we show client reviews on the site?

Yes. A selection is shown on the site with a link to your Google reviews. Marking up your own reviews with structured data is against Google's rules, so we do not do it.

Have you worked in the beauty sector before?

Yes. For IRO Beautyzone we built a site with online booking, a service gallery, client reviews and a WhatsApp link; the details are on our Work page.
