Product & Interface Design

We don't treat design as a separate deliverable from development. When the team drawing the screen is the team coding it, the problem of designs that can't be built — and code that breaks the design — simply disappears.

Who is it for?

  • Companies whose product works but leaves users stranded halfway
  • Teams whose interface has drifted and become inconsistent over time
  • Anyone who needs something tangible to show an investor or stakeholder
  • Startups building from zero who want the first version shaped right

What's included?

Users and flows

We make clear who comes to do which job, and which steps the critical journey is made of.

Information architecture

The structure of screens and navigation; the user always knowing where they are.

Clickable prototype

A realistic version that can be tested before code is written. The most expensive mistakes get caught here.

Design system

Colour, typography, spacing, button and form standards. Set up in the first three screens, it speeds up the next thirty.

Every state designed

Loading, empty, error and success states. What usually makes a product look amateur is their absence.

Accessibility check

Contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, focus visibility and screen reader compatibility.

How long does it take?

Redesigning a single flow takes 1–2 weeks; a full product interface and design system 3–6 weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Can we take just the design, without you doing development?

Yes. The design files are delivered together with the design system and developer notes; your own team or another agency can build it. That said, the most efficient result still comes when design and development sit in the same team.

Does our existing interface need a full redesign?

Usually not. In most products the problem isn't everywhere — it is in a few critical flows. We measure and review first to find where you are losing people; narrowing the scope accordingly is both faster and cheaper.

What does a design system give us?

Consistency and speed. Once button, form and card standards are defined, new screens are assembled rather than designed from scratch. The gain grows as the product grows, and it stops the interface from drifting over time.

Is accessibility really necessary?

Yes, for legal and commercial reasons alike. Insufficient contrast or a form that can't be used with a keyboard means lost users. On top of that, most accessibility decisions are free at the design stage; fixing them later is expensive.
