Mobile App Development
We ship to both stores from one codebase. Writing the app is half the job; the other half is store processes, permissions and post-launch maintenance — we take on both.
Who is it for?
- Businesses moving their service to mobile
- Companies that need a field app for teams on the ground
- Product owners launching on a subscription model
- Startups with a web product adding a mobile version
What's included?
Platform and scope decision
Native or cross-platform, which devices and OS versions are supported — settled with the reasoning written out.
iOS and Android design
Flows that respect each platform's own conventions; approved through a clickable prototype.
App development
Weekly builds, tested on real devices every week. You use it too, through TestFlight and the internal test channel.
Store preparation
Icon, screenshots, description copy, privacy policy, data collection declaration and ASO fundamentals.
Submission and review tracking
App Store and Google Play submission; if a rejection comes, we run the fix round.
Notifications and subscriptions
Push notifications, in-app purchases and subscription management set up where needed.
How long does it take?
A mid-sized app for iOS + Android typically takes 8–14 weeks. That covers design, development, store preparation and the review process.
For budget ranges you can read our guide to software project costs. A firm number comes out once the scope is written down.
Frequently asked questions
Are two separate apps written for iOS and Android?
No. With React Native we ship to both platforms from a single codebase, which cuts time and cost noticeably compared to writing two native apps. Where heavy 3D graphics or real-time video processing is involved, we recommend native.
Who opens the store accounts?
The accounts should be opened in your name — you should own the app. We guide you through the setup. Because company account verification can take days, we start this in the first week of the project.
What happens if the app is rejected?
Some first submissions get rejected; that is normal. The most common reasons are a missing privacy policy, a mismatch in the data declaration and not giving the review team a test account. We close these off with a pre-submission checklist; if a rejection comes, the fix and resubmission are included.
Is maintenance needed after release?
Yes. iOS and Android ship a new version every year; keeping up compatibility takes a few maintenance releases a year. Planning for that from the start is cheaper than facing a large update debt later.
