Agency and Production Company Website

An agency's website is its portfolio. A brand manager landing on it looks at two things: the quality of the work and whether this team fits their brand. For us this is not theory; we built the agency group's own websites and its AI production platform.

What is this site's job?

Show the work itself

The showreel and project films start in the first second, without compromising quality. Visitors see the work before they read a word.

Turn every job into a story

Project pages do more than embed a video: brief, approach and outcome. A brand manager finds work that looks like their own problem.

Introduce the team and the approach

Creative team, directors and how you work. Agency choices often come down to people.

Speak to clients abroad too

A multilingual structure with correct hreflang lets the site take briefs from other countries as well.

What goes on the site?

A showreel that starts fast

Video is served with adaptive streaming (HLS): the quality that fits the connection arrives first, and the page never waits for the video.

Portfolio filtered by category and brand

Work filters by sector, type of job and brand. Each piece has its own address and can be shared.

Project story pages

Brief, idea, shoot and outcome sections, with behind-the-scenes photos and credits.

Design true to your identity

The agency's own typography, colour and motion language. Not a template; your own voice.

Multilingual publishing

Turkish and English first, each language on its own address, so search engines show the right language in the right country.

Portfolio updates from the panel

The team adds new work, videos and credits itself. Publishing no longer needs a developer.

Mistakes we see often

Patterns that came up again and again in the sites we reviewed. We do not name companies.

A showreel that locks the page

Tens of megabytes of video download in full as the page opens. Visitors stare at a black screen and on mobile the site never loads.

Only video, no words

Search engines cannot watch video. A project page without text appears in no search; even the team behind it cannot be found by name.

A portfolio nobody updates

The latest job was added two years ago. A brand manager cannot see what the agency is doing today.

A single email address as the only contact

No brief form, no clue which job is being discussed. The first meeting is spent gathering information.

What we need from you to start

  • Showreel and project films in their highest-quality files
  • A short brief, approach and outcome note for each job
  • Team photos and short bios
  • Brand identity files: logo, colours, typefaces
  • The list of languages to publish in

How long does it take?

4–8 weeks depending on the size of the portfolio. Video processing and multilingual content are the two items that set the timeline.

Frequently asked questions

Will a showreel slow down an agency website?

Not when it is set up correctly. The video is served in pieces with adaptive streaming; the page opens first and the video starts at the quality the connection can handle.

Where are the videos hosted?

In your own storage, served through a CDN. You are not tied to a YouTube or Vimeo player, and no ads or suggested videos appear.

Have you built agency websites before?

Yes. We built TVN Agency's corporate site, and we coded Luvi Agency's portfolio site while working as part of the LUVI team. The AI production platform LUVI Creator is our work too. All three are on our Work page.

Can we update the portfolio ourselves?

Yes. New work, videos, photos and credits are added from the admin panel. Publishing does not need a developer.
